First of all, we are really sorry for such a this long downtime. We know that how important is your business and we appreciate it.
9 \* W0 ]4 a7 ^0 @4 C7 L6 i* WRegarding to the downtime, It was completely unexpected. Just one of our main routers died, of course we had backup router. But it didn’t make it :( So, we had to buy a new Router. We did it in the fastest way that we can. And then reinstall it.
