First of all, we are really sorry for such a this long downtime. We know that how important is your business and we appreciate it.5 v) u* f' C3 S! E
Regarding to the downtime, It was completely unexpected. Just one of our main routers died, of course we had backup router. But it didn’t make it :( So, we had to buy a new Router. We did it in the fastest way that we can. And then reinstall it.+ v' {7 v' x" t& v' f$ T
We had this downtime after 6 months without any issue. Please understand our situation, and stay with us. We promise you it won’t happen again. And our services will remain great as before.. w% W) |( K B" [2 g4 u
