4 G4 _6 j. F# \. f4 F! ^& vFirst of all, we are really sorry for such a this long downtime. We know that how important is your business and we appreciate it.
. F# I8 h* c; b/ ZRegarding to the downtime, It was completely unexpected. Just one of our main routers died, of course we had backup router. But it didn’t make it :( So, we had to buy a new Router. We did it in the fastest way that we can. And then reinstall it.( b, H4 o2 U f1 V% p) X
We had this downtime after 6 months without any issue. Please understand our situation, and stay with us. We promise you it won’t happen again. And our services will remain great as before.
